International Women's Day.

Equalizing the right of women and men in the society improves work quality and thus economic status of the nation. Women Empowerment is the key to strengthen their participation in the decision making which is the most important key to socio-economic development.We firmly believe in gender equality. We are proud to be able to say that we have a majority of female staff working at our school. We also understand that having a family and a career can be a balancing act and strive to support all our staff to ensure that each person is able to reach their full career potential while maintaining a good work-life balance. Having a happy workforce is important to us, and, ultimately, also ensures that all our pupils have the best possible experience.
The women Empowerment can help in reducing poverty, development of the country and it can provide a better chance for next generation. So, here’s a special thank you to all our brilliant staff that are helping to create a more gender-inclusive world.
