#DPSKatra, wins 1st & 2nd prize, Sub Division Level Debate Competition under civic action programme at Katra. The topic was "Drugs and it's effect on society" in the remembrance of our Martyrs who have lost their today for our tomorrow and also to strengthen the drug abuse campaign by saying No to Drugs and Yes to Life. The program started with the welcome address by Mr. Amit Bhasin, SP Katra and extending the Mata's chunni to honour the Chief Guest of an event i.e. Smt. Rashmi wazir, SSP Reasi and Guest of Honour Sh. Jatindra Kumar Gupta, CO CRPF 6 Bn. Our school secured 1st position (Ms. Bhoomi Mahajan) and 2nd position (Ms.Shreya Kaushik) in the event by receiving cash prizes of 3,000/-and 2,000/- respectively alongwith the participation certificate received by Ms. Bhoom Mahajan, Ms. Shreya kaushik, Mr. Siddharth Koul , Mr. Aditya wazir and Ms. Harshini Wanchoo and brought laurels to the school. Students have been blessed and thanked by the Chairman & Trustee M.K. Ajatshatru Singh, Kunwarani Ritu Singh (Trustee), Sh. S.S. Sodhi (PVC), Ms. Vandna Sharma (Principal) and Ms. Manikarnika Sharma (Headmistress), Ms. Simmi Sharma (Manager Operations) and all the staff members.
